Step 1:

Sign-Up and Commitment

If you feel it’s a good fit, you sign up. We ask for a 12-week minimum commitment to ensure you get the most from the program. We believe it takes at least 12 weeks to really ‘get it’; typically we like to see people for 24 weeks and this is for those who want a deeper dive into how to make better nutrition a way of life.

Step 2:

Getting to know you assessment

After signing up, you’ll tell us all about your eating habits, exercise routine, and other lifestyle factors. This helps you get the program that’s specific to you.

Step 3:

Initial Phone Consultation

First things first – a 30-minute phone call to discuss your current lifestyle, your goals, and how we will work together to achieve them. If you’re not convinced then no hard feelings, a full refund is offered.

Step 4:

Weekly Check-Ins and Education

Each week, you’ll fill out a progress form, and we’ll come back to you with customised feedback. We’ll discuss what’s working, what needs adjustment, and you’ll get bite-sized education segments to deepen your understanding.

You have the opportunity to take photos and upload them in your custom tracking app (these are only if you want to, I do recommend people take the odd photo for their own use; I don’t use them for any marketing – we’re about making you feel better and sometimes that’s more about a better relationship with food and less about the number on the scale).

I feel like my mindset has shifted on a more permanent basis. I’ve learned the affect different foods have on me, eating mindfully, less isn’t best, carbs aren’t my enemy, the benefits or walking and fresh air, listening to my body (including mind), using other techniques when I feel stressed (this has been life changing for me as I don’t feel rotten after eating something which prolonged my stress!), treats are ok when controlled.
